Jeenie is aware of the following known issues: Mar 2023: We are aware that interpreters can no longer see the registration steps on their profiles on the web app. This is not an issue. This is a planned update to the web app. The items were removed because once you are fully onboarded, viewing these steps is not necessary. Feb 2023: Our tech team is aware of an issue on the mobile where the Jeenie session will pause if a linguist or client opens another app while on the call. We are actively working on an update to correct this. This is not impacting the web app. Our tech team has released an app update as of 3/20/2022. Please update your app if you are having this issue. *Please note that if you leave the Jeenie app during a call, your audio will pause while not in the app but will resume when you re-enter the app. We do not recommend leaving the app during an active call as this negatively impacts the client experience. Dec 2022: Some linguists using the mobile app are able to see their call history but the Summary for minutes and call count is showing 0 (zero). This is not impacting the web app. Our tech team has released an app update as of 12/20/2022. Please update your app if you are having this issue.
