Confirm Your Jeenie Profile

Before you go online for the first time, please confirm all your Profile information.

Go to app.jeenie.com and log in with your interpreter account credentials.

Before you go ONLINE, always check the following:

• You have updated the app to the latest version in your phone’s app store.
• Notifications are ON.
• Audio volume is turned up all the way.
• Your mobile device or computer has access to your camera and microphone.
