Interpreting on Jeenie is designed to be done with the headset on. Professional interpreters appreciate many benefits of using headsets. Below are just a few: 

• Headsets help keep the client’s information confidential and they allow you to better focus on the call.  
• Noise-canceling headsets provide the best experience for the client by blocking out any background noise and allowing for smoother communication. 

We strongly recommend using a wired headset for Jeenie calls!
