Maximum Duration of Calls June 09, 2022 19:49 Updated Jeenie calls are currently limited to 120 minutes maximum duration. As the 120-minute time limit approaches, both you and the customer will see a red countdown timer on the screen. The call automatically ends at 120 minutes without any further notifications. If the customer requires more time beyond that, please ask them to call back and start a new call. If they would like to continue to work with you, they will need to contact Jeenie (via scheduling@jeenie.com) while still on the call with you and we will attempt to route their next call back to you. The client will need to provide your name and Interpreter ID in order for Jeenie to set up routing. If the client would like to work with you in the future, they have the option to pre-schedule a call via their portal. When they schedule the call, they must ask for you by name and Interpreter ID. When they send in the request, Jeenie will reach out to you. If you choose to accept the call, you are expected to adhere to the Jeenie Scheduled Calls Expectations for Linguists.
