Reporting Abuse October 01, 2024 19:26 Updated If you experience a situation with a client where you feel you are subjected to abuse like: obscene or aggressive behavior, we want to know about it immediately. Let the customer know that you are extremely uncomfortable and hang up the call. Then use the Report Issue button to notify our team and pick the "Obscene or Aggressive Behavior" option to immediately notify the Jeenie team of your situation. Be sure to include as much information as possible to help us understand the situation. Our team will investigate the matter immediately. NOTE: Using the "Report Abuse" feature is only for extreme situations.The client account may be blocked from using Jeenie pending the outcome of our investigation. DO NOT use the Abuse option to report problems with the app or connectivity, or communication difficulties. The Report Abuse button is found in 2 places on Mobile & Web: At the bottom of the Call Ratings Screen that pops up at the end of each call, and in your call history (menu name is: History). If you're navigating from your History, locate the call in question and then click the arrow on the right to bring up the screens shown below.
