Maintaining Your Performance on the Platform March 01, 2023 16:46 Updated All Jeenie interpreters must maintain adequate customer ratings in order to continue working on the platform. If your performance on the platform does not meet Jeenie’s standards, we reserve the right to remove you from the platform. We will give you adequate opportunity to address performance issues with us before removing you permanently. Interpreters who have been approved to take healthcare calls on the platform must maintain an average customer rating of 4 stars or better at all times. If your average rating falls below 4 stars, we will contact you to determine the reason and undertake any necessary remediation steps. You may be placed on temporary “probation” for a time during which we will closely monitor your performance. Once we have determined that your performance has returned to the required level, we will end the probationary period.
