In addition, you will receive a monthly usage report that breaks down all your calls by date, time, duration, user and language. These items are automatically sent to your Jeenie admin ID email address. If you would like receipts and/or usage reports sent to a different email address, please let us know. 📌 Before you can place a call on the Jeenie mobile or web app, the Account Admin must enter payment details into your organization’s Jeenie account.
